March 2017 saw the final phases of our new Fabrication Plant commissioned, one of the last areas of the Business to undergo redevelopment is also one of our busiest. We not only needed to update our facilities but to modernise our working practices and we are confident that these goals have been achieved. We have also taken a quantum leap forward in the technology we employ with the installation of a new 4KW Robotic Fibre Laser Welder and the Fibre Optic Laser Cutting Plant giving us the ultimate in production flexibility. Capable of cutting and welding a wide range of materials and thickness with the latest CAD/CAM software means lead times, production slots and waste are minimised and planned in advance ensuring optimal utilisation. The facility has been further enhanced by 2 new CNC Press Brakes offering integrated development and production with minimal machine changes.
